Qualifications

• Workday experience is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary HR contact, providing guidance on HR policies and employee relations.
• Manage relationships with benefits vendors and assist in open enrollment.
• Support corporate recruiting efforts including job postings and candidate screenings.
• Maintain accurate employee records and assist in HR policy compliance.
