Job summary

Westlake Pipe & Fittings in Greensboro, GA is seeking an HR Business Partner Associate to support leaders and employees with HR initiatives, HRIS processes, and payroll-related activities. You will collaborate with Plant Manager and HR, Benefits, Safety, and Accounting to deliver accurate HR services.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in HR or related field and 1–3 years of HR experience. Workday and SAP/S4 experience are preferred; this is a fully onsite role with standard weekday

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of Human Resources or related experience.
• SHRM or HRCI certified professional preferred.
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs.
• Develops and maintains knowledge of company systems (Workday).
• Recruits, interviews, tests and selects salaried and hourly employees for client group.
• Maintains and updates employee files and records in HRIS.
