Job summary

Westlake Royal Building Products is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to coordinate HR activities for the Greencastle, PA facility. The role builds strong relationships with leaders, resolves employee issues, and supports payroll, compensation, recruiting, and training programs.

The HRBP will counsel managers on discipline, manage performance processes, and promote a positive employee experience across multiple locations. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Labor Relations, HR, or related field.
• 5 years progressive HR experience; 3+ years in a generalist role with exposure to compensation, performance management, and training.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work at all levels within the organization.
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize work.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish required; fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Counsels managers, supervisors and employees on HR policies, benefits, job concerns, and relationships.
• Partners with recruiting to screen, interview, and hire employees.
• Advises on employee relations issues, complaints and terminations; ensures fair discipline.
• Oversees payroll management and HRIS data entry (Workday).
• Prepares employees for assignments via orientation and training programs.
• Coordinates employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and site events.
• Supports compensation and benefits administration and participation in surveys.
• Performs administrative duties and assists with events.
