Qualifications

• 7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience with metal forming, stamping, or automotive supply (preferred).
• Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to drive results while building a positive culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily plant operations with a focus on safety, quality, and throughput.
