Pioneer Metal Finishing, a leader in North America’s surface engineering, seeks a hands-on General Manager to drive safety, people, customers, growth, and financial results. Lead a division, set vision, translate strategy into action, and foster an environment of accountability and continuous improvement.

You will partner with leaders across the organization, allocate resources, and deliver sustainable growth while ensuring environmental and safety compliance.

Qualificações

• 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in a labor-intensive production or manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading Lean and continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain or Operations, Engineering, or related field is strongly desired.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is strongly desired.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the Business Unit Leader to develop divisional strategy, annual plan, budget, and growth plans; translate strategy into priorities and action plans.
• Lead managers, supervisors, and team leaders across operational functions to improve safety, delivery, quality, cost, and compliance.
• Ensure customer requirements are met, visit customers as needed, and drive organic growth.
• Provide visible, values-based leadership; coach and mentor employees; develop leadership capability.
• Champion Lean thinking, continuous improvement, and disciplined problem-solving across the division.
• Own divisional financial performance, improve profitability, and balance multiple priorities.
