Job summary

National Register USA is seeking a General Manager to take over a well-run metals plant near Dayton, Ohio. This leadership role carries full P&L responsibility for operations and sales, with a talented staff in a 40,000 sq ft facility running a single shift Monday–Friday.

The incoming GM will replace the retiring incumbent, ensure a smooth transition, and report to a manufacturing executive known for strong leadership. A healthy compensation package includes a bonus plan and excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as plant manager, operations manager, or general manager.
• Willingness to step into senior manufacturing or production manager role.
• Proven ability to manage P&L and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L for plant operations and sales.
• Lead manufacturing team and plant staff.
• Oversee transition with retiring incumbent.
• Report to a manufacturing executive.
• Supervise a 40,000 sq ft facility with one shift and 15 staff plus drivers.
