Goodwin Recruiting seeks an experienced Plant General Manager to lead a new facility launch and oversee all plant operations including safety, production, quality and distribution. The role requires a strong engineering or operations background and proven P&L oversight.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in senior plant leadership and a track record of launching facilities or production lines. Comprehensive benefits are offered.

• Experience launching a new facility or production line.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.

Responsabilités

• Oversee safety and plant operations across all departments.
• Lead production, quality, distribution, service and cost management.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manage outsourced fabrication as needed.
