Job summary

4Front Engineered Solutions is seeking a General Manager with extensive manufacturing leadership experience to direct all plant operations in Kenosha, WI. You will oversee manufacturing, logistics, engineering, tooling, maintenance, and quality, aligning with safety and cost targets while driving customer satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 10–15 years of leadership in manufacturing, with strong experience in ERP/MRP and Lean Six Sigma principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, engineering, operations management, supply chain, or related discipline.
• 10-15 years of leadership experience in manufacturing environments preferred.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Lean Six Sigma certified strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and manage all manufacturing activities and related functions at the plant (manufacturing, logistics, engineering, tooling, maintenance, material control, purchasing, quality).
• Drive safety, quality, and cost control to meet customer and company requirements.
• Develop and manage annual plan, budget, key measures, and operating efficiency improvements.
• Act as primary liaison for customers and local industry groups.
• Direct staff in manufacturing, allocate resources, remove roadblocks, and implement corrective actions.
