Human Capital Solutions, Inc. is assisting in recruiting a General Manager for a Rialto, CA plant. This role leads manufacturing, production, distribution, maintenance, quality, safety, and commercial operations with full P&L responsibility.

The ideal candidate will have a strong operational mindset, hands-on leadership, and the ability to develop and coach a large team across multiple functions. This is a fully onsite role with room to grow private-sector opportunities alongside public-works

Formación

• Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred).
• Minimum 15 years total industrial manufacturing experience.
• At least 3 years of operations management experience in manufacturing.
• 4+ years of commercial/sales experience and 5+ years of operational leadership.
• P&L responsibility for a business or facility generating at least $50M in annual revenue.
• Experience leading a team of ~100 employees.
• Experience working with all levels of management up to C-level.
• Proven ability to drive quality improvements and accountability.

Responsabilidades

• Directs all plant business activities and operations to improve efficiency.
• Oversees manufacturing, production, distribution, maintenance, quality, safety, and commercial operations.
• Owns full P&L and budget; analyzes financial data for data-driven decisions.
• Maintains strong floor presence and ensures plans are executed.
• Coaches leads and managers reporting to the Operations Director, Commercial Operations, and Sales Manager.
• Drives growth by pursuing private-sector opportunities to supplement public works backlog.
• Leads staff development through clear expectations and feedback.
• Establishes metrics and dashboards to drive performance against revenue and cost goals.
