Lamb Weston is hiring a General Laborer for its Warden, WA facility. This full-time role involves working across raw receiving, processing, packaging, and warehouse areas under supervision, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and teamwork.

Responsibilities include setup and teardown of staging areas, moving goods, trimming potatoes, ensuring cleanliness, and following PPE/GMP guidelines. Prior experience is not required, and basic English skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; no prior experience needed.
• English language skills: speak, read and write; follow verbal and written instructions.
• Basic math: add, subtract, multiply, and divide; calculator use.
• Computer skills: none required; basic skills helpful.
• Physical demands: lift up to 50 lbs; stand for long periods; climb stairs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down totes to staging areas with a hand jack.
• Stack totes and pallets; operate equipment including pallet jack and tote dump.
• Trim defects from potatoes and manage waste; assist in trimming and cleaning.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow safety policies; report issues.
