Job summary

Lamb Weston is seeking a Fryer Operator Trainee in Warden, WA to monitor and control fryers, blanched products, and related equipment. You will learn oil management, process controls, and safety procedures in a fast-paced production environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on training, adherence to SSOPs, and teamwork with the line crew. Qualifications include a high school diploma (GED acceptable) and required certifications; forklift experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Lock-out/Tag-out, Forklift, and Sanitation certification required; if not qualified, training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Monitor blancher, dryer and fryer temperatures and times to meet product specs.
• Operate tests for oil quality, color, and salt concentrations; perform fry-ups as needed.
• Maintain oil levels, manage makeup tanks, and follow SSOPs for cleaning and sanitation.
• Record readings with TESTO tools and communicate line issues to supervision.
