Job summary

Lamb Weston Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Fryer Operator Trainee in Warden, WA. You will monitor blanchers, dryers and fryers, ensure oil quality, temperatures and flow meet targets, and perform tests like FFA.

The role requires basic math, forklift experience, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards. You will participate in line changes, operate control panels, and maintain records while following SSOPs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Lock-out/Tag-out, forklift, and sanitation certifications are required.
• Experience driving forklift in warehouse/manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Must be able to perform basic math functions.
• Basic computer operation and data entry skills required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate blancher, dryer, and fryer equipment to meet product specifications.
• Track oil quality, color, and salt concentrations and perform periodic tests.
• Perform fry-ups to monitor product color and quality.
• Maintain oil levels and monitor filtration and circulation systems.
• Follow SSOPs to clean fryer, dryer, blancher and other equipment.
• Record measurements and communicate issues to supervision.
