Job summary

Lamb Weston is seeking a General Laborer to join their Warden, WA plant. The role involves handling totes, stacking pallets, operating equipment, and performing sanitation and safety tasks in a fast-paced production environment.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and be able to communicate in English. The job requires physical stamina, lifting up to 50 lbs, and adherence to PPE and GMP standards. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to speak, read and write in English is required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down totes to staging areas with a hand jack.
• Stack knocked-down totes and pallets.
• Operate equipment including power hand jack and tote dump.
• Hand stack cases of finished products as assigned.
• Perform major cleanup activities as assigned.
• Rework damaged or restricted cases and bags of product.
• Clean raw receiving area, pull rocks and vines as assigned.
• Communicate equipment issues with the unloader, operator, lead or team leader.
• Follow PPE and GMP requirements.
• Train new team members in general labor.
