Cityscapes in Boston, MA is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure safety, and drive efficiency across installation, exterior service, Living Walls, Design, and Holiday departments. You will lead warehouse staff, coordinate with the Director of Logistics, and implement process improvements while maintaining OSHA compliance and accurate inventory.

5+ years in warehouse ops and 2+ years in supervision are required; MS Office and WMS experience preferred.

• At least 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, distribution, or a related environment.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
• Working knowledge of warehouse safety practices, OSHA requirements, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience training, coaching, and developing employees.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain clean, organized, and secure warehouse, loading dock, greenhouse, yard, and storage areas.
• Monitor inventory organization, material flow, and operational efficiency.
• Identify operational challenges and recommend process improvements that strengthen workflow and productivity.
• Lead daily warehouse safety initiatives and reinforce compliance with policies and OSHA requirements.
• Coordinate employee safety training and maintain required training logs and safety documentation.
• Provide hands‑on daily leadership, coaching, and support to warehouse staff and seasonal employees.
• Assign daily work, monitor productivity, and reinforce quality, safety, and performance expectations.
• Coordinate daily warehouse priorities with the Director of Logistics and adjust workflows.
