Job summary

Burpee is seeking a hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead daily operations across multiple facilities and 3PL partners in Warminster, PA. You will oversee inbound and outbound activities, ensure inventory accuracy, and maintain efficient, compliant warehouse operations.

You will develop warehouse teams, implement process improvements, and collaborate with procurement, sales, and customer service to support company goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple local warehouses and 3PL partners.
• Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping workflows for efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain organized warehouse layouts and ensure optimal use of space.
• Enforce safety standards, SOPs, and compliance with all company and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure accurate inventory across locations through cycle counts, audits, and variance resolution.
• Lead, train, and develop warehouse teams including managers, supervisors, leads and material handlers;manage scheduling, task assignments, and performance coaching.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.
• Track KPIs (productivity, accuracy, on‑time delivery) and use data to drive improvements.

Job Summary:

We’re seeking a hands‑on Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead daily operations across multiple warehouse facilities and 3PL partners. In this role, you’ll oversee all inbound and outbound activities, ensure accurate inventory, and maintain efficient, compliant warehouse operations. Location:

300 & 100 Park Avenue. Warminster, PA 18974. 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday. Occasional weekend/evening shifts during shipping season (October-December).
