Job summary

Lansing Building Products is seeking a Warehouse Manager at our Auburn, MA location to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure on-time shipments, and lead a team of associates. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and customer service while coordinating with drivers and internal departments.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in material handling, (preferred) prior warehouse management experience, and the ability to lift 70+ lbs. Forklift certification and box truck driving are also preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of material-handling experience.
• Prior warehouse management experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Warehouse Manager with daily warehouse operations including personnel.
• Assist with aspects of warehouse inventory control.
• Manage the loading and unloading of exterior building products such as siding, windows, and gutter.
• Coordinate shipments to ensure deliveries are on time and accurate.
• Work alongside warehouse associates in loading/unloading trucks.
• Assist with daily cycle counts for inventory accuracy.
• Verify accuracy of orders picked and shipments received.
• Know how to operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
• Keep warehouse clean and orderly.
