Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Deploy and image Windows 10/11 devices using tools such as SCCM, MDT, or Autopilot.
