Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions in Atlanta, GA is seeking a plant administrator to support Purchasing, Logistics and Local Accounting, focusing on raw material inventory control and Accounts Payable processing to maximize profitability.

You will oversee warehouse and shipping, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with corporate policies. A Bachelor's in business and at least 5 years in manufacturing are required, with SAP and QuickBooks proficiency preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or management or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks and SAP financial systems preferred.
• Strong oral, written and presentation communication skills with all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications.
• Good organizational, planning and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct support to Plant Manager and oversees plant-level accounting functions.
• Process accounts payable, accruals, inventory management and cut-off processes.
• Coordinate monthly closes with Division Finance Department and monitor invoicing and BOL documentation.
• Ensure adherence to corporate accounting policies and SAP procedures.
