Job summary

Augmentis client, a Fortune 500 leader in engineered products, seeks a Controller to own accounting, controls, planning and analysis for the site, partnering with operations to drive performance and capital decisions. The role partners with site leadership, leads forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and cost control, and builds strong internal controls to ensure GAAP compliance and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of progressive financial or controllership experience, including at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States (visa sponsorship is not available).

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting, budgeting, planning, reporting, consolidation, and analysis for the site and business unit.
• Build forecasts that are accurate and tracked closely, and turn the numbers into a clear story that drives decisions.
• Design and monitor internal controls to align with the financial plan and GAAP compliance.
• Lead, coach, and develop the site finance team and engage on the shop floor.
