Job summary

Augmentis seeks a senior finance leader to partner with site operations, owning planning, reporting and controllership for the Richmond facility. You’ll champion cost control, drive performance insights, and shape capital decisions with operations leaders.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing finance, plus MBA/CPA/CMA preferred. You’ll lead a team on site, ensure GAAP compliance, and advance continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of progressive financial or controllership experience in manufacturing.
• US work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available.
• MBA, CPA, CMA preferred.
• Experience with Oracle/Hyperion and data queries.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve on the site Operations Leadership Team as the finance business partner shaping strategy.
• Identify and communicate key financial and operational drivers of site performance.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, planning, reporting, consolidation, and analysis for site and business unit.
• Design and monitor internal controls to align with the financial plan and GAAP.
• Lead and develop the site finance team and drive continuous process improvement.
