Danone U.S. is seeking a Finance Intern based in West Jordan, UT to support the Plant Finance team with financial analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate operational activities into meaningful financial insights and gain hands-on experience in manufacturing finance. The role offers exposure to Integrated Work Systems and requires current undergraduate studies in Accounting or Finance, with a strong emphasis on data

Competenze

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Previous internship, project, leadership, or campus organization experience preferred.
• Experience with data analysis, financial modeling, or reporting tools preferred.

Mansioni

• Support Plant Finance day-to-day activities through data collection, analysis, reporting, and administration support.
• Conduct research, analysis, and continuous improvement projects aligned with department and plant objectives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand manufacturing processes and their impact on plant financial performance.
• Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations to support business decision-making.
• Present project findings, financial analysis, and solution proposals to team members and plant leadership.
• Participate in job shadowing and learning opportunities across multiple departments to gain knowledge of plant operations.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting documentation while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to support department initiatives and special projects.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
