Job summary

Danone USA is hiring a Finance Analyst in Fort Worth, TX. The role focuses on raw material accounting, loss and labor variance analysis, inventory and fixed asset accounting, and internal controls in a CI manufacturing environment.

You will support month-end close, variance analysis, and weekly forecasts to drive the plant's financial performance. Responsibilities include KPI reporting, tracking productivity projects, data analysis, and collaboration with the Plant Controller on budgets and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
5–7 years in a manufacturing environment within materials, planning, or supply chain.
Minimum 2 years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing preferred.
Strong Excel skills; ERP experience (SAP preferred).
Ability to interpret budgets and communicate results clearly.

Responsibilities

Input/learn/report weekly KPI metrics and communicate impact to the business.
Track operations productivity projects and financial impact.
Analyze data, identify variances, and benchmark across locations.
Perform plant cost accounting with month-end close, asset reporting, and spare parts analysis.
Assist Plant Controller with budgets and rolling forecasts.
Develop and improve financial controls and SOPs; support production processes.
