Danone USA in Dallas is seeking a Finance Analyst at our beverage manufacturing plant. You will support plant accounting activities including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, inventory accounting, payroll analysis, fixed assets, cost center management, month-end close, and financial statement analysis.

You will partner with Operations, Maintenance and Supply Chain to deliver insights, drive controls, and assist with forecast, operating plan, and reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• CPA, CMA, or progress toward certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting, cost accounting, or financial analysis experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and post monthly journal entries while ensuring compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
• Perform monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations and support Income Statement reviews and variance analysis.
• Analyze and monitor plant cost centers, identifying risks and opportunities to meet financial targets.
• Develop and present financial analyses, forecasts, and business cases to plant leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Create and manage purchase orders through Coupa and support procurement-related financial processes.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility of key KPIs.
• Support inventory accuracy initiatives and conduct periodic analysis of material consumption, losses, and variances.
