Job summary

Danone U.S. is seeking a Finance Intern for our West Jordan, UT plant.

You will support the Plant Finance team through financial analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate operational activities into financial insights. Ideal candidates are currently enrolled in undergrad programs in Accounting, Finance, or Business, with strong Excel skills and a drive for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, or modeling preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Interest in manufacturing operations and plant finance processes.

Responsibilities

• Support Plant Finance day-to-day activities with data collection, analysis, reporting, and admin support.
• Conduct research and continuous improvement projects aligned with plant objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand manufacturing processes and financial impact.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for business decisions.
• Present findings and financial analysis to team members and leadership.
• Participate in job shadowing across departments to learn plant operations.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting documentation per policies.
• Collaborate to support department initiatives and special projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
