Job summary

Danone USA is hiring a Finance Analyst at the Fort Worth, Texas manufacturing plant. The role focuses on raw material accounting, loss and labor variance analysis, inventory control, fixed assets, and internal controls within a continuous improvement environment.

You will support the Plant Controller, prepare month-end close variances, and assist with budgets and forecasts while driving improvements in financial controls and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 5-7 years manufacturing experience in materials, planning or supply chain with strong budgeting/analysis skills.
• Minimum 2 years cost accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and technical skills; ability to communicate complex accounting information.

Responsibilities

• Input/learn/report weekly KPIs and communicate their business impact.
• Track operations productivity projects and financial impact.
• Analyze data, identify variances, benchmark against other locations.
• Perform plant cost accounting focused on month-end close, material loss and labor variance analysis.
• Assist in plant budgets and forecasts.
• Develop and review financial controls and processes to close gaps.
