Ligon Hydraulics has an immediate opening for a financial professional who will join the shared finance team across multiple sites. This role focuses on plant accounting, general and property accounting, internal auditing, and cost accounting to support profitability.

The position reports to the finance leadership, with responsibility for plant operations, budgets, and financial reporting. Hybrid work with relocation support is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in a relevant financial professional role
• Knowledge in financial management, investments, law, taxes, and electronic data processing
• Excellent communication, critical thinking and organizational skills
• Strong mathematical and analytic skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work under pressure independently and as part of a team
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products

Aufgaben

• Interprets operating results as they affect group financial aspects and recommends cost reductions and profit improvements
• Works with general and plant managers on forecasts, budgets, analyses, and profitability
• Directs cash management for prompt receivables and control of payables
• Develops inventory control procedures and participates in physical inventories
• Manages budgeted expenditures and ensures funds availability
• Maintains accurate accounting classifications and provides management with timely information
• Acts as plant contact with auditors on accounting matters
• Prepares plant statistics for periodic and yearly financial statements
