Allegion in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Plant Controller to lead site finance in a hybrid role, partnering with Exits GM and SBU leadership to drive forecasting, reporting, and strategic decisions.

The role requires 7+ years in manufacturing finance, strong accounting, internal controls, and the ability to communicate results to senior management. Relocation to Indianapolis is possible; travel is not specified.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 7+ years of experience in the finance function of a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and presentation skills for management communication.
• Relocation to Indianapolis possible for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting and planning processes (LRP, AOP, Forecasts, R&O) for the business unit.
• Own P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow for the Exits.
• Perform financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Manage month-end close and ensure GAAP compliance.
