Job summary

The Planet Group is seeking a Plant Controller for our Franklin, MA operations. This direct-hire role leads the financial operations of the USA manufacturing site, ensuring accurate reporting and robust internal controls.

Hybrid work arrangement with onsite presence in Franklin, MA three days per week. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in accounting within manufacturing, a BS in Accounting/Finance, and a proven ability to redesign processes and implement ERP solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in accounting
• Manufacturing industry experience
• BS degree in Accounting, Finance or related
• Experience from a company/division/business unit of $20 million+
• Ability to redesign processes
• Some ERP

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting for USA manufacturing operations
• Drive process redesign and efficiency improvements
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and internal controls
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cost structure
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and GAAP
