• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a directly related field plus four (4) years of post-baccalaureate experience.
• Experience includes variance & trend analysis, manufacturing accounting and intercompany accounting.
• Experience with cross-functional work and with non-U.S. subsidiaries.

Responsibilities

• Providing management with accurate financial information to measure and guide plant operations.
• Using data and reporting tools to suggest strategies to minimize costs and improve productivity.
• Collaborating with managers and executives across business units and presenting financial information.
• Overseeing monthly and annual close processes and related variance analysis.
• Preparing the annual plant budget and monthly forecasts; supporting audits.
