Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Regional Plant Controller to lead the financial integrity of our regional plants. You will partner with Sr. Ops Directors and plant management to deliver timely, accurate financial results and safeguard assets.

Responsibilities include steering the IFRS/US GAAP compliant reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditure analysis, while driving cost savings and process improvements across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years at Controller level in manufacturing/plant environments.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple plant operations financial results and reporting.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to plant management and directors.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and annual operating plan development.
• Ensure IFRS/US GAAP compliance and internal controls.
• Support external and internal audits and capex evaluations.
