This role involves managing financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with internal controls. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and 5-7 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting. Responsibilities include guiding plant management on financial decisions, overseeing capital expenditures, and developing financial teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field required.
• 5-7 years of related work experience in a manufacturing environment.
• CPA, CMA, or equivalent designation is preferred.
• Manufacturing/costing experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall financial management and reporting.
• Conduct forecasting, budgeting, and capital expenditure analysis.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate policies.
• Support continuous improvement in operational and financial results.
• Manage and develop finance teams for day-to-day operations.

Skills

IT Literate (Microsoft Office)

ERP System experience (SAP preferred)
