Job summary

Seda North America is seeking a Facilities and Maintenance Supervisor to lead the facilities team at the Mount Pleasant, WI site. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years experience preferred in facilities/maintenance
• Proficient with electronics, electrical and mechanical maintenance of facility and production equipment
• Experience with PLCs and programming; ERP knowledge preferred (SAP)
• Strong safety, 5S and GMP awareness; ability to lead teams through change

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage facilities maintenance program and work orders
• Coach and evaluate facilities staff; conduct performance reviews
• Coordinate with external vendors/contractors and cross-functional teams
• Drive energy efficiency, cost-reduction projects and asset reliability
