Continental Plastic Corporation, a longtime Wisconsin manufacturer, seeks a Maintenance and Facilities Supervisor to lead maintenance and facilities teams. You will manage asset upkeep, project oversight, and preventive maintenance programs across HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.

The role requires an associate degree and 5+ years’ supervision in manufacturing maintenance, plus knowledge of Lean and ERP tools. Join a company dedicated to reliability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in industrial maintenance, business, or similar field.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership/supervision in a manufacturing maintenance environment.
• Technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Experience with Lean Enterprise or continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and maintain facility assets, parts inventory, purchase orders, invoices, inspections, maintenance work orders, and budgets.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee maintenance/facility projects, forecasting equipment needs and preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems, generators, exhaust, and building structures.
• Coordinate with purchasing for outside vendors for supplies, repairs, landscaping, and custodial needs.
• Maintain supplies storage, stock and parts levels, and distribution processes.
• Maintain warranties, records, licenses, inspections, service agreements, and contracts for equipment.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and energy management.
• Ensure operational efficiency of equipment and mechanical systems through timely inspection/repair.
• Keep company premises clean and hygienic; manage staff direction and training.
