Job summary

Power Solutions International is seeking a Maintenance and Facilities Manager to lead multi-site operations from Darien, Wisconsin, with travel to Beloit locations. You will oversee equipment, buildings, utilities, and support systems, driving uptime, preventive maintenance, and asset reliability.

You will partner with Operations, Engineering, EHS, and Materials to plan maintenance, manage capital projects, and ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience managing multi-site maintenance operations and capital projects.
• Knowledge of industrial maintenance and plant electrical, mechanical systems.
• Proficiency with CMMS and maintenance metrics.
• Ability to travel regularly between PSI sites.

Responsibilities

• Direct maintenance and upkeep of facilities, utilities, and production support systems.
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Lead capital improvements and facility modifications within budget.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, EHS, and Materials to align maintenance with production.
