Job summary

Cabinetworks Group is seeking a Manufacturing and Facilities Engineering leader in the United States. You will manage plant engineering functions, drive TPM and continuous improvement, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance across facilities.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing operations and 2+ years of supervision, with Lean/Six Sigma experience and strong cross-functional collaboration. Occasional travel up to 10% is expected as part of global operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing operations experience.
• 2+ years supervision in maintenance or manufacturing engineering.
• Experience with TPM and Lean/Six Sigma.
• Strong communication skills and collaboration.
• Ability to travel up to 10%, including international.

Responsibilities

• Manage research, justification and implementation of plant and equipment improvement projects for the facility capital budget.
• Achieve positive budget results in support of plant operations.
• Ensure a clean, safe work environment via the Facility Safety Program.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with environmental permits and regulations.
• Support Lean and Six Sigma CI via TPM and Poka-Yoke initiatives.
• Manage equipment modifications and setup in safety and functionality standards.
• Lead and develop direct reports to ensure productivity and effectiveness.
