Job summary

Cabinetworks Group in Mount Union, PA, United States, seeks a Plant Maintenance Engineer to lead facilities maintenance and engineering functions. You will partner with operations to achieve uptime and regulatory compliance.

The role includes managing budgets, maintenance teams, RC/M TPM programs, capital projects, and coordination with outside contractors to improve performance and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5 years of manufacturing/maintenance/engineering/management experience.
• Experience with development and implementation of RCM and/or TPM systems.
• Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma experience.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Proficient with CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage facilities maintenance, utility, and capital budgets.
• Manage maintenance team and expenditures to meet budgets and uptime goals.
• Report weekly/monthly operations scorecard and corrective actions.
• Internal fabrication of jigs and fixtures for production.
• Implement and maintain RCM programs.
• Propose and manage capital projects with scope, budgets, and specs.
• Supervise outside contractors and suppliers when required.
• Ensure environmental and safety regulatory compliance.
