Campbell's in Downers Grove, IL seeks a Manager, Engineering & Maintenance to lead the site’s engineering, maintenance, reliability, and capital projects. You will guide a team of engineers and technicians, manage external partners, and drive safety and quality improvements.

This leadership role focuses on TPM, asset reliability, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance plant performance and meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial, chemical, manufacturing engineering or related field.
• Eight or more years of progressive engineering, maintenance, reliability, or technical leadership experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for Engineering, Maintenance, Reliability and Capital Projects.
• Lead capital projects and manage annual budget up to $20 million with external partners.
• Establish TPM culture and partner across Operations, Quality, Safety, Finance to improve plant performance.
