Job summary

The Maintenance & Facilities Manager at Mactac North America in Moore, SC is responsible for maintenance, installation, and construction of the plant facility, production equipment, buildings, grounds, and utilities, aligned with company objectives.

Responsibilities include planning and supervising maintenance programs, implementing preventive/predictive maintenance, utilizing CMMS and ERP systems, and driving continuous improvement through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies while ensuring safety

Qualifications

• Four year degree in an engineering discipline.
• Lean/Six Sigma Training preferred but not required.
• Minimum of five years of maintenance management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge and experience with various CMMS systems and ERPs.
• Ability to perform calculus and statistical analysis; proficient with MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and supervise maintenance programs for plant/production facility.
• Deploy preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance.
• Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Use CMMS to manage workflow and spare parts.
• Ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are met.
• Coordinate with maintenance, operations, and corporate resources.
