FPC is assisting a leading client who is seeking a Plant Engineering Manager to lead engineering, maintenance, and reliability functions at a fast‑paced, well‑established manufacturing site specializing in high‑performance surface overlays and bonding materials. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, this role drives asset management, capital execution, and continuous improvement across the facility.

Up to $130K + 10% Bonus with Stretch to 2
