• Analyze injury and MSD data to identify trends and high-risk workstations.
• Collaborate with production and safety teams to implement corrective actions.
• Support workstation design reviews, tooling, and equipment installations.
• Ensure compliance with Ford ergonomics requirements during changes and launches.
