RGBSI is seeking a Process Engineer - Ergonomist at the Michigan Assembly Plant to identify and reduce ergonomic risks across production, engineering and safety teams. You will assess workstations, analyze injury trends, and support launches and process changes while ensuring compliance with ergonomics standards.

You will drive data-driven improvements, train employees, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to enhance safety, quality and operational performance.

Formación

  • 3D Modeling experience and ergonomic-focused analysis.
  • Experience in ergonomics, manufacturing or related technical area.
  • Experience conducting ergonomic assessments and implementing workplace improvements.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

  • Assist the plant ergonomics program and partner with production, engineering, safety, medical, labor, and plant leadership to identify and reduce ergonomic risks.
  • Assess and improve workstations, analyze injury and medical trends, and support new-model launches and process changes.
  • Ensure compliance with Client ergonomics standards and contribute to data-driven continuous improvement.
  • Promote employee well-being while supporting safety, quality, and operational performance through data analysis and training.
