Job summary

This role requires coordinating engineering staff, enforcing safety standards, and guiding technicians to ensure quality and compliance across shifts. Ideal candidates have an Associate Degree in electronics or electrical tech and 2+ years of supervision in industrial settings, with PLC and electrical troubleshooting experience.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Electronics/Electrical Technology or equivalent.
• Formal management skills training completed.
• 2+ years of leadership in industrial operations preferred.
• Proficient knowledge in electrical wiring, PLCs and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and direct maintenance activities.
• Lead Engineering personnel on assigned shift.
• Train new employees on plant procedures.
• Maintain equipment and read schematics.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies.
