Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Manager at the Lancaster facility to direct and monitor preventative and corrective maintenance, ensuring reliable equipment and efficient operations. You will lead a world-class maintenance team, coordinate with production, and manage safety and compliance across all plant activities.

The role requires extensive experience in manufacturing, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering measurable improvements in equipment performance and cost

Qualifications

• 6+ years in manufacturing environment or similar
• 6+ years in the specific position
• 4+ years managing people and projects
• Bachelor's degree required; multiple qualifications may apply

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of injection molding, blow molding and packaging equipment.
• Lead maintenance department operations and scheduling of preventative maintenance.
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate team members; coordinate with HR for personnel actions.
• Ensure safety compliance and build a positive, productive work environment.
• Develop capital equipment justifications to improve quality and reduce costs.
