Job summary

Voyant Beauty seeks a visionary Vice President of Engineering to lead engineering, maintenance and facilities across multiple sites in a fast-paced co-manufacturing environment.

You will drive a multi-year roadmap, manage capital investments above $10M, and guide continuous improvement, safety, and regulatory compliance while leading a high-performing engineering team and partnering with Commercial, R&D and Quality to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial) required.
• Master's degree in Engineering, MBA, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive engineering leadership with multi-site experience; min 5 years in senior/executive role.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive engineering strategy and multi-year roadmap; oversee facilities and maintenance.
• Own capital expenditure budget, ROI analyses, and project timelines across sites.
• Lead continuous improvement, process design, and reliability programs to reduce downtime.
