The role requires 5–10 years of plant engineering and 3–5 years of supervisory experience, leadership, lean manufacturing experience and RCA knowledge; you will manage budgets, staff, safety, and capital projects, using Limble CMMS to track work.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and 5-10 years of Plant Engineering experience.
• 3-5 years of personnel management experience in an industrial environment.
• Lean Manufacturing implementation and strong problem solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and think strategically to prevent recurrence.
• Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies; certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provides day-to-day guidance, support, and skills development for maintenance staff.
• Maintains equipment and systems to ensure safety and environmental compliance.
• Troubleshoots equipment to meet specifications.
• Manages operation and maintenance of plant utilities.
• Oversees maintenance and upkeep of site buildings and grounds.
• Uses CMMS (Limble) to manage and track maintenance work.
• Establishes specifications for contract work and oversees implementation.
• Prioritizes and schedules work with manufacturing, warehouse, and lab.
• Establishes preventive maintenance tasks and PM schedules.
• Prepares annual department budgets and monitors performance.
• Determines staffing levels and outsourcing decisions.
• Reports status of engineering projects and maintenance.
• Capital Project Management: designs, develops, implements and manages capital projects.
• Project Management: designs and drafts elements for project implementation.
• Ensures safety procedures are followed across the site.
• Coaches and develops the team; drives 6S and continuous improvement.
• Drives safety, quality and CI initiatives and leads projects.
• Ensures SOPs meet Quality system requirements and implements changes.
• Administers policies for performance, staffing, training, and relations.
• Applies Leader Standard Work to maintain discipline and accountability.
