Teknor Apex in Rhode Island is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to support automated production equipment. You will monitor equipment, perform basic preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot simple issues to minimize downtime.

Follow safety and quality standards, read work instructions, operate with basic hand tools, and collaborate with maintenance and production teams. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred, and a willingness to learn automated equipment is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and equipment manuals.
• Willingness to learn automated equipment operation.

Responsabilités

• Monitor automated production equipment during operation.
• Perform routine inspections and basic preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve simple mechanical and operational issues.
• Replace worn or damaged components as needed.
• Respond to machine alarms following established procedures.
• Perform machine changeovers and adjustments per production schedules.
• Maintain accurate production and maintenance records.
• Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
• Work with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance.
