Teknor Apex seeks a Plant Engineering and Maintenance Leader to plan, direct, and coordinate equipment and machinery maintenance at the facility. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and cost control across utilities, buildings and processes.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of Plant Engineering experience, leadership ability, and strong problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement and lead a cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical or chemical).
• 5–10 years of Plant Engineering experience.
• 3–5 years in personnel management in an industrial setting.
• Lean Manufacturing implementation experience.
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA) knowledge; certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provides day-to-day guidance and development for the maintenance staff.
• Maintains equipment and systems to meet safety and environmental standards.
• Oversees plant utilities, building and grounds maintenance.
• Schedules PM and repairs to minimize downtime and maximize reliability.
• Prepares department budget and oversees staffing and outsourcing decisions.
• Drives safety, quality and continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
