Teknor Apex Company is seeking a Plant Engineering and Maintenance Leader for our Leominster, MA facility. You will plan, direct, and coordinate maintenance of equipment and utilities, ensuring safety and environmental standards are met and driving continuous improvement.

You will lead maintenance staff, manage outages, budgets, and capital projects, and implement RCA and Lean initiatives while mentoring teams across manufacturing, warehouse and labs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical or chemical engineering).
• 5-10 years of Plant Engineering experience.
• 3-5 years of personnel management experience in an industrial environment.
• Lean Manufacturing Implementation.
• Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies; certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provides day-to-day guidance and skills development for the maintenance staff.
• Maintains equipment and systems to ensure safety and environmental standards.
• Troubleshoots when equipment is not performing to specifications.
• Oversees the maintenance and operation of plant utilities.
• Leads capital projects and manages project documentation and budgets.
• Coaches and develops the team and drives safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
