Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 8+ years manufacturing engineering experience.
• 3+ years of direct supervision experience in engineering/manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to the Ribbon Cable Engineering team.
• Champion application of core engineering principles and best practices.
• Lead capital forecasts for projects including capacity expansion and upgrades.
• Oversee project execution with alignment to timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with cable technology, division engineering and product line management.
• Drive cost-reduction initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Mentor team members and develop engineering talent.
• Portfolio management and prioritization of engineering initiatives.
