Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 8+ years manufacturing engineering experience.
• 3+ years of direct supervision experience, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership, clear direction, and thoughtful mentorship to the Engineering team.
• Champion the application of core engineering principles and best practices to ensure operational excellence.
• Lead the development and management of capital forecasts for projects, including capacity expansion, upgrades, and obsolescence mitigation.
• Oversee the Ribbon Cable Engineering team, ensuring timely execution of projects and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cable technology, division engineering and product line management to align goals.
• Drive cost-reduction initiatives and promote best practices across the organization.
• Take ownership of critical projects with hands-on leadership.
• Mentor individuals and foster collaboration across the organization.
• Develop plant engineering capability through coaching and succession planning.
• Portfolio management and prioritization of engineering initiatives.
